  • We are a non smoking facility.
  • Children 10 and older are welcome.
  • We love pets, however we cannot accommodate guest pets; please enjoy ours during your visit.
  • Reservation/Deposit: A minimum deposit equivalent to 1 night stay is required to reserve a room. For stays of 3 or more nights a deposit equivalent to 1/2 of the estimated total is required. This deposit holds your room (s) for the entire length of the reservation. You are responsible for the remainder of the amount upon arrival.
  • Cancellation/Changes: Due to our small size, cancellations and changes to reservations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict policy. Cancellation or change of your reservation requires notification at least 15 days prior to the reserved arrival date (31 days for holidays and special events) and is subject to a $25 service charge per room. Cancellations/changes are not accepted within the 14 days prior to arrival (30 days for holidays and special events). Since rooms are guaranteed for the entire length of stay, there are no refunds for early departures or “no shows”.
