  • Children 10 and older are welcome.
  • We love pets, however we cannot accommodate guest pets; please enjoy ours during your visit.

  • Reservation/Deposit: A minimum deposit equivalent to 1 night stay is required to reserve a room. For stays of 3 or more nights a deposit equivalent to 1/2 of the estimated total is required. This deposit holds your room (s) for the entire length of the reservation. You are responsible for the remainder of the balance upon arrival.

  • Cancellation/Changes: Due to our small size, cancellations and changes to reservations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict policy. Cancellation or change of your reservation requires notification at least 15 days prior to the reserved arrival date (31 days for holidays, reservations with 3 or more rooms and special events) and is subject to a service charge equal to 10% of the reservation total, minimum charge is $25. Cancellations/changes are not accepted within the 14 days prior to arrival (30 days for holidays, reservations of 3 or more rooms and special events). Since rooms are guaranteed for the entire length of stay, there are no refunds for early departures or “no shows”.
